EasyRequests is operated by Webkraft Studio, LLC (Delaware). This policy covers what we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name and email. If you use Google or Microsoft sign-in, we get your name, email, and profile picture from them.
When you use the product, we store the data you and your team create: workspaces, requests, form submissions, files, comments, and approval records.
If someone submits a request through a public form without an account, we collect the name and email they enter.
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
We also collect basic usage data: pages visited, browser type, and IP address.
How we use it
To run the service. That means processing requests, sending notifications, managing your subscription, and improving the product. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.
Analytics
Our marketing site (easyrequests.com) uses Google Analytics with anonymized IPs. A cookie consent banner is shown before any analytics cookies are set.
The application (my.easyrequests.com) uses Microsoft Clarity for anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity does not record sensitive field values like Tax IDs. By using the application you consent to this.
Third parties
We use Auth0 for login, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and file storage, Resend for email, Sentry for error tracking, and Backblaze for backups. Slack and Zapier only receive data if you connect them.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data anytime. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. EU/EEA users: we're the data controller, data is hosted in the EU, and transfers to US providers use Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data retention
Your data exists while your account is active. Delete your account and personal info is anonymized immediately. Delete an organization and everything is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.

Essential cookies only (authentication). Analytics cookies on the marketing site require consent.
